Dana Patton is an Assistant Professor of Political Science and Public Administration
in the Department of Government at Eastern Kentucky University.
She earned her B.A. at The University of Tulsa and her Ph.D. at The University of Kentucky.
Dr. Patton's primary research and teaching interests are public policy (social policy, health policy,
implementation and evaluation), intergovernmental relations,
religion and politics, women and politics,
and quantitative methodology.
She is the author or co-author of articles appearing in journals such as Political Research Quarterly, Publius,
PS: Political Science & Politics, and the Journal of Public Health.
