Research Interests: My research interests are centered on trees & old-growth forests and lie at the intersection of forest management, ecology, conservation biology, natural history, climate change and charismatic megaflora. I conduct research in primary and anthropogenically disturbed forests with the goal of applying information gained to ecologically-based, long-term management plans. Lab opportunities: There is room for undergraduate and graduate-level research in the lab. Please visit the lab pages and contact me if you are interested in joining our lab. |
