I am a trained aquatic zoologist. Specifically my research interests include the insect order Trichoptera (caddisflies), the bivalve family Unionidae (freshwater mussels) and the decapod family Cambaridae (crayfishes). My research emphasis is on the sytematics, natural history, biogeography and ecology of each of these groups.
