Judges: Judges will receive a copy of the rules prior to the tournament. They will not receive copies of the affidavits. During the judges' meeting, we will use the most recent judges' materials produced by AMTA. We have recruited heavily and do not plan to conscript coaches into service. That said, we will draft coaches if necessary. If persons accompanying your team to the tournament are able and willing to volunteer their services, please let us know at registration.
Rules and Tab Room Procedures: We will comply with all AMTA rules and procedures concerning the conduct of trials and tournaments. The tab room will be open, except during the time immediately following Round 4 (and overnight, of course. We need sleep, too!). Coaches are welcome to observe rounds, enjoy coffee in the judges' room or join the tab room staff.
